Job Description : WordPress Web DeveloperLocation: AndheriExperience: 2+ Years in project managementResponsibilities:Ability to develop well designed & structured WordPress based websites & dynamic portals by understanding the proper flow.Understand the client requirements and translate the requirements into a website specific solution.Ability to make the custom functionality as per the requirements without help of pluginsAbility to understand all the digital marketing concepts which will be integrated in the WordPress Platform like Website Audit, Mobile Site Audit, Website Speed & Lighthouse, Browser Console Errors, SEO Url structure, core web vitals & many more other things.Regular communication with the Project Manager and giving regular updates about the projects.The candidate must be user-friendly with all team members and able to maintain a friendly environment.The candidate must be able to deliver any kind of WordPress Websites without fail.Candidate must be able to make the entire flow with the help of the flowchart, wireframes etc. as per the client requirementGiving regular feedback to the client about the progress of projects.Tracking of all the project modules & checking if all the project modules are in their timelines or not.Perform all the requirements necessary to support and optimize the website.Ability to work well individually or in a group setting, and under pressure and time constraints.Ability to work independently to make end to end WordPress websites from scratch upto deployment.Ability to perform disaster recovery management steps for any kind of WordPress websitesPerform all the security steps in order to avoid any kind of vulnerability / malicious / hacking of the web application.Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to a user interface or new technologies.Perform troubleshooting steps, if any, in the phase of implementation, customization, and configuration.Continuous communication with the client on email OR on call.SkillsStrong Knowledge of WordPress CMS and WooCommerce with the ability to do themes and plugin development and customization.Experience in being able to do customization as per the client requirement without using plugins.Experience of existing inbuilt functions of WordPress CMSStrong Knowledge in Performance Optimization of WordPress Websites (Core Web Vitals)Must have security related skills in order to avoid any kind of vulnerability / malicious / hacking of the WordPress WebsitesExperienced in the integration of API in WordPress.Experience HTML to WordPress & PSD or any other mockup tools to WordPress theme conversionExperienced in Database technologies like SQL, MySQL, etc.Good knowledge of Front end technologies like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.Able to do troubleshooting WordPress CMS issuesKnowledge of the server environment like windows, Linux, etc for deploying the websites and applications.
