Job Description : Knowledge of Indian and Chinese dishes preferred. Minimum of one or two year’s restaurant/hotel cooking experienceAssist with food preparation and cooking as requiredPrepare the counter to the standards laid down by the Head CookOperate any control systems as defined by the Head Cook, completing necessary recordsEnsure daily knowledge of the food to be served, together with the appropriate garnish, portions and pricesMaintain the menu boards as directedCollect and remove to the appropriate area all dirty prep equipment and any other light equipment clean all aspects of the kitchen area & store roomsEnsure that all floor and wall surfaces are kept clean to the prescribed heightMaintain competent hygiene standards Follow & implement the kitchen safety regulationsPerform the duties of the Head Cook in his/her absenceJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
