Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
Driving digital marketing to enhance brand awareness in digital space.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Financial
Monitor actual advertising spend v/s planned
Track deviances against AOP & periodically share the report
Monitor ROI of spends & pro-actively suggest corrective action as & when required
Customer Orientation
Understanding of digital audience behavior
Understand the needs & wants of internal & external customers
People Orientation
Manage internal & external stakeholders
Internal Business Process
Work closely with Digital agency , photographers, influencers, bloggers, e-com portals ( amazon, flipkart, etc ) etc
Assist in designing Digital marketing strategy at organizational & brand level
Manage digital marketing campaigns.
Drive Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, ORM, Search Engine Optimization, etc
Manage , update & maintain Website ( Corporate & e-com )
Look after Owned , Earned & paid legs of digital marketing
Drive Content marketing, Mobile marketing, etc
Look after creative creation
To keep track of new developments / trends / technologies, and ensure required updation are proposed / happen at brand & organizational level
Study site / Social media analytics report; campaign pre/mid/post eval & address the improvement areas.
Active social listener
Lead E-commerce marketing
Responsible for Seeking estimates & approval, creation of Service orders / RO , timely booking of bills & releasing payments.
Timely creation & dissemination of reports.( Billed/unbilled/Outstanding ; Planned vs Actual spends , campaign reports, etc )
