Job Description
ýff 5 + years’ experience in an IT Systems Engineer / Administration role. Experience providing 2nd and 3rd level support on VMware and Linux platforms (Multiple OS flavours ýff Preferred CentOS, RedHat, Fedora) ýff Hands on experience of supporting and troubleshooting VMWare and Linux. ýff Experience in configuring Azure or Google Cloud ýff Experience in migrating workloads to a cloud platform (Azure or Google). ýff Expertise with multiple Linux operating system flavours and their core services. ýff Experience with Cisco HCI or similar hyperconverged architectures. ýff Experience with any backup tooling: Veeam, Cohesity, Hycu ýff Knowledge and/or experience in SAN platforms. ýff Experience in configuring monitoring tool and parameters ýff Understanding of information security principles ýff Prior experience working in an ITIL delivery and support environment ýff Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and concisely. ýff Ability to ensure customer privacy regulations are understood and implemented. Desirable certifications VCP, RHCSA, GCP Cloud OR, Microsoft Azure Certs one or more of: AZ104,200, 204,303), Veeam, Cohesity).
