Job Description : Position – Admission Counsellor Location – PuneExperience – 0.6-2 yearsResponsibilities:Should have rich experience of inside sales and driving admissions in higher education spaceConvert student (enquiry / leads) into admissionCounsel students and apprising them with program features, pedagogy, curriculumClarify and handle questions pertaining to course, program selection and career planningHaving discussions with parents/other counsellors and clarifying their doubtsWork with the marketing team to help them drive more traffic and generate more leads, based on your feedbackActively tracking and following up on potential leads.Maintaining MIS reportsThe candidate will directly report to the Admissions Head of the companySkills:Very good communication skills, fluent in both English and HindiMust be a self-starter and should be able to work with minimum guidanceAttitude to work in a start-up environmentExperience of working with an education company is preferredJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,752.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
