WKO Data Analytics & Operations team is part of JPMorgan’s Wholesale KYC Operations.
The successful candidate has strong processing and analytical skills; the ability to work independently and is adaptable to change. In addition, the candidate needs to demonstrate banking and KYC knowledge, the ability to exercise sound judgment and to observe the highest degree of confidentiality in the handling of information received during their responsibilities.
This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals with advanced problem solving and communication skill.
Responsibilities:
Review and interpret complex data to analyze patterns and trends in the data sets
Exceptional research and analytical skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and develop well-reasoned recommendations
Gather/analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with enough comprehension of the business to understand risk implications
Document process flows, SOPs, Track and update changes and analyse changes in a timely manner and consistence with Firm’s standards
Perform sample review of processed volumes to ensure qualitative deliverables and identify process gaps, if any
Facilitate forums to address the priority of reported enhancements and defects
Evaluate existing project management processes and look for areas of improvement
Assist with change management as new features are delivered through systematic integrations
Engage and collaborate with Stakeholders to understand user requirements and deliver as per expectation leveraging data analytic tools like Alteryx, Tableau, IDQ, Signavio, Visio, etc.
Strong processing and analytical skills with ability to work independently
Must have ability to multi-task and work in fast paced/time sensitive environment to support a team
Using tools like Alteryx and Tableau to automate activities leading to efficiency and better controls
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and other similar exercises
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years’ experience in Banking or related position with minimum 2 years’ in data analytics tools like Alteryx and Tableau
Self-starter, capable of working under minimum supervision
Adept with multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in high-pressure environments
Results oriented team player
Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Excellent communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders
Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes
Knowledge in data analytics tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor will be advantageous
Work schedule: EMEA shift; Must be flexible to work in any shifts
