Job Description
We are looking for a lead content writer with 10+ years of experience with a fair understanding of the technology landscape and managing the team. The hired candidate would be generating content for the company’s marketing and sales campaigns.
This role is best suited for someone who can understand technical concepts clearly and can deliver creative content for consumers.
Technical Skills
Any Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 + years’ experience in writing, editing, researching, and planning software documentation.
Motivated enough to learn and understand new software technologies, products, or platforms.
Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.
Ability to effectively communicate technical information in a relevant, accessible way.
Understand the business and products of the company which are technical in nature.
To write Functional Specification Documents, Software Requirement Specifications.
Able to curate and publish posts for Blog, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms.
Reviewing the content created by other SMEs and share inputs to ensure the highest quality output.
Ability to produce content which is 100% error-free and original i.e., non-plagiarized and free of claims or encumbrances.
Work closely with the in-house team while also looking for ways to improve the current processes, wherever possible.
Meeting deadlines under all circumstances.
Excellent grasp of the English language and knowledge of the subject.
Experience at a high-growth Product/SaaS company is strongly preferred.
