The head office is in Chennai and the plant is located in Gummuidpoondi.Assist the Managing Director with his routine work, organize and schedule his personal and corporate workSend and receive quotations from vendors ( purchasing of machinery, ancillary equipment, etc), sending and receiving emails from various service providersThe female candidate will have to file Insurance paperwork, internet connection renewal, sim card activation, coordination with courier service providers to collect samplesProcess subsidy papers and bank documentsValidate accounts as well as bank certificatesCollate accounts of staff, travel advances, and other expenses relating to entertainment and travelcoordinate with the factory for various reports and verify the same.to process reports on employee expense, information on salary, and organization timesheetsEnsure proper review of accounts for appropriate supervision of transactions, and for suitable placement to designated areasSupervise, track and post income, expenses, and giftsFile and Ensure all papers are documented in their respective filesAuditingA female candidate will be preferred to assist the Managing DirectorJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Executive & Personal Assistants: 2 years (Required)Language:hindi (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXExpected Start Date: 07/03/2022
