here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join as a part of the team

what you will do?
be a part of the NBFC at CRED which will be driving CRED’s lending business
financial controller – accounting & book closure, tax audit, statutory audit, internal audit, tax compliance (income tax & indirect taxes) & filing, companies Act & labour laws compliance, RBI compliance on finance & numbers including ALM, accounts payable & receivables
FP&A – business planning & AOP, MIS reports, financial analysis & due diligence, strategy & business finance
financials – P&L projections and management, cost control, provisioning, capitalisation & capital adequacy
drive investments to ensure liquidity and investments income as per the ALM plan for the NBFC
you should apply if you have:
a CA degree. An MBA degree will be an added advantage
10 – 12 years of experience in the finance department of a bank or NBFC
leadership experience in accounting, audit, FP&A, financials etc.
experience/ knowledge about investments, liquidity & ALM management at banks/ NBFCs
experience interacting with regulators/ being parts of audits/ responding to queries
have deep relationships in the banking industry and are aware of the evolving business & financial trends in banks, NBFCs & fintech
seek high ownership, independent environments, and feedback oriented cultures
