Job Description : Responsibilities
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Manage online and phone reservations
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
Provide information about our hostel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner
Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and tidy to accommodate guests needs
Maintain updated records of bookings and payment
Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers
Negotiate any customization or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible
Resolve any problem that arises regarding the stay for the customer
Requirements
Great Interpersonal Skills
Work experience of at least 2 years as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
Experiences with hotel reservations software, like Cloudbeds, Ezee and RoomKeyPMS
Customer service attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A degree in hotel management is a plus
Multilingualism is an advantage
Up to date with domestic and international travel trends. Prior experience as a Front Desk executive or an avid traveler is a bonus
