Services that impact the child directly are assessments & therapy (counselling, special education, etc) and those that indirectly impact the child (through adult stakeholders) are capacity building programs and therapy support programs.Drishti partners with various institutions such as schools and colleges in order to further its reach.In addition to serving out of its centres in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Pune, Drishti serves populations in other geographical areas as well.Use of innovation and technology and a strategic focus on impact have helped Drishti scale to being the largest such organizations in India.Job DescriptionThis is an exciting and challenging leadership position at Drishti focusing on creating impact through development of capacities among stakeholders working toward inclusive education. It exploits academic knowledge & experiences for development of training and course materials, and requires effective conduct of various capacity building services via both, online* and offline channels.(* via project Prabhav)Job Responsibilities:OrganizationPrepare SEN, NIOS, T&D & e-IEP calendar (communication, CRM, etc.)Acquisition of new clientsRe-engagement with existing clientsDevelop SOPs for department activitiesDevelop and implement strategies aligned with organization business goalsBudgeting for the departmentTeam development/bondingSENYearly planning (Goals, Registrations, IEP approvals & Schedules).Capacity Utilization.Plan and perform informal assessmentsIEP definition QESRemedial session execution and monitoringPreparation / monitor usage of aids/resources as requiredPeriodic review of Progress (vis-à-vis IEP)Training & DevelopmentDelivering effective induction / refresher programsConducting Training Need Analysis at the Organizational and Individual levelManaging all training needs and activitiesManaging feedback and improvisationCreating reports of training programsEnsuring weekly updates and reporting on the primary documentsDevelopment of new capacity building programs (courses, workshops, webinars, etc.)Managing all content development and training as per planConstantly striving to improve both content and delivery for optimum capacity building outcomesManaging content and training teamEducational Qualification: M Ed Special Education, ORM Ed (general) with Diploma in Counselling/Special EdPersonal AttributesExcellent Conceptual & Analytical skillsExcellent communication skills & time management skillsAttention to detailsAbility to create and maintain work networks/relationshipsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹45,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)
