Job Description : Recruitment’s: Handling entire Recruitment process, recruitment through conducting walkin interviews, through newspaper advertisement, through job portals, internal references and using other sources. Maintain Candidate Database related to all hiring positions.Handling Hiring Managers and key stakeholders in regards to hiring and placing people.Negotiation Making and sending offerInduction and Orientation: Completing joining forms, collection of education proofs, previous employment proofs, joining forms, Email credentials creation.Sending payroll inputs to the HR ops at corporateHandling employee Grievances and conveying them to management/country manager/ director in timely mannerWeekly/Monthly/as and when required- reports to the Corporate office on all HR activitiesTraining and development- Finding out training gaps of various staff members and getting the required trainings scheduled with reporting manager’s/ training managersMaintain every staff’s personal records file, update that from time to time which will contain all the Xeroxes of letters issued to them, their identity proofs, address proofs with signatures of staff and submit to Head Office.Strong skills required for search, make job descriptions and specifications.Festival celebrations and other activities for the Bangalore and other offices in South.Conducting Exit formalitiesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSalary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹31,462.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementInternet reimbursementLeave encashmentPaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusExperience:Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
