The provider network using ChartRequest to exchange critical continuation of care documentation has grown to include over 5,000 provider entities including hospitals, large multi-state and specialty groups, as well as individual practices in the United States.Working within our sales department, the IT Analyst will work directly with our IT/OperationsDevelopment team to provide our customers and employees with high quality services and support that help enhance the ChartRequest brand.Job Duties: Set up laptops and desktop computers for our users. This includes setting up vpn connections, uninstalling, installing and updating applications, updating drivers and SystemBiosSet up Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) instances for our developersManage our inventory application to keep track of assigned computersManage our physical inventory of unassigned laptops and desktops. Requires having storage space at home to store unassigned equipment.Ship and receive equipment to and from users.Perform common Active Directory and Group Policy operation tasksAnswer Windows and Linux support requests from usersOther related duties as assignedRequirements: 2-3 years of experience in managing Windows operating systems2-3 years of experience in managing Linux operating systemsSolid knowledge of TCP/IP networkingBasic knowledge of Active DirectoryAWS skills are a plusAptitude for mastering new software applicationsDemonstrated creative problem-solving ability and the ability to learn new technologies/conceptsGood written and verbal communicationStrong communication and technical skillsQuick learner who can learn and ramp up quicklyAll roles are required to complete a background check prior to start date.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹400,000.00 – ₹550,000.00 per yearBenefits:Paid time offProvident FundWork from homeSchedule:Evening shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusExperience:Systems & Applications Administrators & Architects: 2 years (Preferred)Linux: 2 years (Preferred)
