The Digital Business Partner will be based in India and has the objective of supporting overall Marketing and Communications goals using CGI’s digital strategy to achieve member engagement and candidate awareness. Locally, this individual will be expected to proactively partner with the APAC region’s stakeholders to support these goals.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Supporting CGI’s digital marketing strategy leveraging available channels such as cgi.com and multiple social media accounts. Includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop a recruitment marketing strategy across digital and social platforms to attract and engage talent for CGI in the Asia Pacific region.Owning the APAC social media strategy, preparing comprehensive campaign plans, posts, overseeing account activities, including creative requirements and reporting.Work with internal stakeholders to target various candidate groups to optimize candidate communications and digital content strategy, including bringing internal stories to life for potential candidatesProviding ongoing digital analytics, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and business partners that inform future strategy.Rolling out CGI’s member advocacy program in APAC, serving as a thought leader in leading social media training and managing content curation.Providing digital communications counsel to the leadership on both short- and long-term challenges and opportunities.Working with subject matter experts to develop content, build and maintain an editorial calendarMonitoring industry trends and analyzing competitor landscapes to identify areas for growth and process improvements.Monitoring and analyzing website and social media metrics to draw meaningful insights, actions and recommendations.Contributing to global influencer marketing programs, identifying and nurturing brand advocates and thought leaders. Supporting leadership profile building activities and engagement strategies as required.Collaborating with the broader digital network across geographies while representing APACCollaborating with the Marketing and Communications team, providing mentorship and guidance in support of unique Business Unit digital requirements across the region
Other responsibilities

Presenting Digital marketing plans and how it is tracking to achieve alignmentEnsure that quality for output is strictly upheld by ensuring quality and execution to the CGI BrandAdhering to processes set within CGI and the local team MeasuresEngagement metrics and local account growthAdherence with the basics, such as completing training, timesheets and ad hoc deadlines as requested for by CGI as a whole Quality and ComplianceThe Business Partner is responsible for ensuring adherence for processes and procedures put in place for the team and the Management Foundation are adhered to.Any working procedures updated should be in line with the document management policyActions arising from internal audits should be dealt with in a timely manner to ensure compliance is maintainedEnsure that CGI policies on Data Protection must be strictly complied with Security Responsibilities As a member of CGI, the member shall be responsible for the security of the information and shall ensure that appropriate measures are taken to preserve its confidentiality, integrity, and availability for use. The following are basic security obligations:Be aware of one’s obligation under legislation governing data protection, computer misuse, copyright protection, intellectual property, the retention of public records and the common law;Act with propriety in the use of the business units’ Information resources;Familiarize with and conform to the Information Security policy and related Standards, Guidelines, etc;Report immediately to one’s Line Manager and Information Security Officer, any breaches, or suspected breaches, of the CGI Information Security policy.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
5 years of experience of digital marketing developing campaigns preferably in an IT or professional services companyUnderstanding of the digital space and the candidate experienceTeam player who understands integrated Marketing and Communications planningExcellent command of EnglishProfessional maturity and executive presence – the ability to achieve and maintain excellent relationships with the executive teamFlexibility to work in a highly dynamic, demanding environment with tight deadlinesExcellent judgment and creative problem-solving skillsSelf-starter who has project management skillsDegree educated in related fields (marketing, Marketing and Communications, etc.)Flexibility to work additional hours in line with business needs and/or critical deadlines
