Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
12 years of experience in advertising sales/marketing, and sales management
5 years of experience building and managing sales teams
Preferred qualifications:

12 years of experience in the digital industry, in marketing, brand management, or advertising sales
Experience managing a sales team with business goals in a high growth environment
Experience in consultative selling and sales management
Experience leading and influencing cross-functional team members without direct authority

In this role, you will drive strategy, marketing, and operations in order to grow Google’s partnership and market share. You will work with the Business Leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business.
You will advocate for digital marketing and drive engagement with the industry, advertising, and media agency partners. You will consult and partner with clients and prospects to help them grow their businesses using Google solutions. You will lead a team of industry and product experts who provide analysis, business strategy, and customer service to clients and you will guide and mentor them to focus on the strategic priorities for the business.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
Manage a team and work on e-commerce businesses while developing relationships with clients and their marketing services agencies, and drive industry thought leadership.
Develop an understanding of e-commerce businesses and solve for impact by leveraging cross-functional teams.
Analyze data trends and client performance, develop strategic business plans, and prepare/conduct strategic presentations with the team.
