Job Description : We are currently seeking a suitable LabVIEW /Teststand software Engineer to join our ITD Bangalore Operations. Reporting to the Project Leader / Manager , The role demonds for focusing on single phase and three phase ATE and PCBA BON design , Unit level teste automation developmet for various new products. Knowledge on ATE Hardware Design and LabVIEW /TestStand test coding design with different architecture, validation in bench as well ATE, debugging, Failure Analysis. customer report genaeration.
The primary responsibility of the role includes (but is not limited to):
LabVIEW and Testsatand code development, test spec review and selection of Instruments for ATE design: Knowledge in Electric component selection , wiring ,soldering , PCBA and Unit level test auotomation (Hipot, Functional and Load testing)
Test Firmware and product firmare loading
Engineering Documentation: Test spec understanding, Bill Of Material, Engineering Change Orders/Proposals, Understanding the Test Plan, Test Procedures, Work Instruction and Electrical drawings creations.
Database: Perforce , PDM, Lotusnotes, Jira, and MES
Key Elements of the role:
All types of PCBA BON and single phase and three phase ATE development and idea on Measuring Instruments , calinration, measurement and contols. Hands on experience in power instruments, programmable power supply using GPIB,RS232,RS485 and CAN Comunication.
Python programming is knowledge added advantage.

Qualifications
Requirements for the Role:
6-8 years of Experience in ATE/ BON, LabVIEW/Teststand develoment for new product test automation and hands experience on Ni tools , ATE Bill Of Material, (BOM) and Engineering Change Orders(ECO)/Proposals, special equipment study and procurement. design bench test setup using three phase High voltage instruments and handing safety measures.
Should be able to Test PCBA and Unit level test bench testing with power instruments and multiple measring instruments.
Good communication in English (read, write and speak ), capability to understand and speak in local language.
B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in ECE/EEE
Ni CLD certified is preferable.
