YOUR MISSION

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurially-minded, motivated professional to help re-shape Europe’s e-commerce landscape. As a Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be part of the Operations Team and will be working on priority topics for the D2C business, helping to execute the most important and strategic projects. You will play an integral role in the short and long term growth of the Razor Group. In this fast-paced and entrepreneurial role, you will make a substantial contribution to accelerate Razor’s sales growth and join a winning team that is building Europe’s next generation consumer goods giant.

You will be with the Business Head, you are responsible for working on a suited budgeting approach and planning & forecasting of business KPIs according to the D2C strategy.
You will analyze drivers of performance that impact our strategy and translate these insights into meaningful actionables.
You will be evaluating and dissecting in-depth cohort analysis to increase the overall CLTV of each brand.
You will be working very closely with the Tech/Product team to build out new BI dashboards
Identifying marketing & promotional strategies which engage our customers best, in the most profitable way
You will promote the use of data to drive business strategy, driving a data-driven culture – whether that be with the new starters, or experienced senior directors
You take full ownership of your own work stream within the team
You work together with different teams and functional leads to implement & track scalable solutions that have immediate impact

YOUR PROFILE

4+ years’ experience in an analytics role in a fast-paced startup, a consulting firm, or marketing/product management role at an e-commerce/FMCG company
Experience in Tableau, SQL and excel is a must.
A real passion for all things data, with the drive and ambition to champion the use of data across the business
Highly adaptable, with a demonstrable ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly fast-paced environment
Excellent at communicating insights across all levels, from technical teams all the way to C-level executives
Excellent understanding of how data-driven insights can drive growth in ecommerce – previous experience in ecommerce is highly desirable
Previous experience optimising online marketing strategies with data
You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and love a pro-active, hands-on approach
Fluency in English required, ability to speak German or other languages is a plus
