Objectively review organization’s health services processesKey Objective / Overall Job Responsibility1. Balancing the duties of a physician with that of an administrator.2. Ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of medical care.3. Being responsible for the performance of medical staff under supervision.4. Ensuring that all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met.5. Keeping staff are updated on new healthcare regulations.6. Finding ways to improve clinical services.7. Liaising between administration and medical staff8. Developing and managing a budget.9. Attending regular meetings of medical committee and implement decisions taken10. Organise health camps periodically11. Supervise and ensure health and sanitation of township12.
