Job Description : – Define the framework and push for the best choice when it comes to technology selection and implementation.- Use Agile engineering practices and various software and web development technologies to develop creative rapidly and efficient solutions that enhance the client customer and employee experience.- Craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements.- Liaise with other teams within and outside the Digital unit to negotiate timelines, deliverable, and dependencies.- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and team members to identify and socialize product and delivery risks.- Drive forward and role-model best practice engineering processes and Agile behavior and ensuring team members follow suit.- Communicate with business stakeholders about Agile processes to set and manage expectations about delivery methods and timelines.Requirements :- Previous working experience as Lead Developer Senior Developer and leading the team for minimum of 3 year(s)- In depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and PHP Frameworks ( Laravel and Codelgniter).- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js) are must.- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UIUX design.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXExpected Start Date: 09/03/2022
