The Opportunity:

We are looking for a creative and inspired architect to handle projects from the initial Product Mangers requirements through to the final stages of deployment to join our Core Signature team at OpenText. Core Signature is a professional and enterprise-grade electronic signature application that allows employees and third parties to sign documents in a fast, compliant and hassle-free way.

You are great at:

In the Principal Software Engineer role, your primary responsibility would be to controll projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.You need to understand the requirements from Product Manager, develop and present architecture proposals, design and review HLDs and LLDs.
You need to represent Core Signature at Enterprise level architecture discussions.
As an architect you need to account for functional and non functional requirements in the architecture and designs.
You need to have good understanding of DevOps operations, which involves the continuous delivery and continuous integration workflow, requires the understanding of the tools like CI/CD Pipeline with Jenkins, Docker or Kubernetes.
You need to establish a continuous build environment to accelerate software deployment and development processes and evaluate, implemente and streamline DevOps practices.
You’ll be responsible for not just writing the code, but maintaining and owning the service end to end. It’s a chance to work with cutting edge technologies (Python, Django,DRF, Docker, Node.js, Vue.js) on an exciting new product.
What it takes:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 12~16 years of experience in designing, developing SAS web applications at scale.
Experience serving as an architect web applications or equivalent experience in customer and/or partner-facing role (professional services, solutions architecture, or engineering team)
Experience with Python, Django, DRF, Vue.js, CSS and Angular/AngularJS frameworks, PostgreSQL.
Experience with one of the Cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
Eperience in designing using SOLID Design Principles and Design patterns.
Experience with Docker, K8s.
Demonstrated application of fundamental web security best practices.
