At Amazon CTK- Central time keeper team, we are striving to provide seamless experience to our internal customers. We are recruiting for L5-Program manager to drive process improvement which will assist CTK team to achieve this goal. This position specializes driving lean, automation & analytics at CTK. You will partner with cross-functional teams like technology, HR, operations & business to lead critical & efficiency driven projects & program. You will be leveraging your skillset and follow Amazon leadership principle to solve customer pain areas. With this role, you will be driving high impact projects through automation, reengineering & new process implementation.
You will solve customer & business problem, provide long term scalable solution backed by data driven approach. As a lean expert, your primary focus would be to identify & eliminate waste while strengthening lean culture to achieve excellence.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, enjoy solving complex problems and building partnership with technology and operations team. Being able to make data driven decisions and deliver results fast is a must.

Key job responsibilities

Increase efficiency of overall CTK operations across geographies & businesses while enhancing customer experience
Driving data analytics (descriptive & inferential) for CTK process area to help management & leaders to take necessary action. This includes devising model, managing data retrieval and analysis within an organization (business intelligence)
Support process improvements, best practice sharing, and standardization across CTK operations processes using Lean principle & develop culture of tracking the envisaged benefits
Constantly looking for the opportunities for automation & upgradation of current processes with SMART goals
Create framework to generate & collect inputs from the operation team & prioritize initiatives of high impact
Prioritize and influence projects in a fast-paced environment through superior quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills
Track project initiation to implementation through defined roadmap & compute envisaged critical metric pre-post project implementation
Work within time constraint to meet critical business needs, while monitoring activities in the pipeline and ensuring service requirements are met
Identifying customer impacting issues, working out and implementing solutions and process improvements to increase customer satisfaction
Deal with ambiguous situation and provide structure approach by crafting it with relevant framework
Communicate the project stages such as DMAIC( Define, measure, analyze, improve & control) effectively into different forums such as leadership connects/ project review etc.
Background in statistics or Engineering
Proficiency in data extraction using SQL
Master’s degree or MBA from reputed institute
Knowledge of any data analytics/visualization tool such as power BI, Tableau, Python, VBA macro or Quick-sight would be preferable
Six sigma black belt or PMP certification would be added advantage
Knowledge of HR software like ADB, Cronos etc.
