Job Description
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and budgetDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project execution plan to track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costsMeasure project and team performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as needed, work in tandem with the team leads for efficient resource allocation and assignment.Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders as required.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Should be able to work on multiple priorities items in parallel.

Prior Experience for Job Role should include:SDLC and Agile methodologies of software development.3+ years’ experience in managing software development projects.Must have knowledge of Mobile and Web application development processes.Domain knowledge and experience with enterprise software development and delivery.PM tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Google Sheets, and Excel.Proven track record of delivering projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment.Experience in successfully engaging senior management and groups of stakeholders.Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues.Ability to balance conflicting priorities and changing demands.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.Should have expertise in client co-ordination and Project supervision.
Job Description for Scrum Master:Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practicesHelping the BA and development team to achieve customer satisfactionLead the scrum and development teams in self-organizationHelp the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile frameworkResolve conflicts and issues that occurSupport the BA and team leads to provide education where neededFacilitate internal communication and effective collaborationEnsure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprintCoordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
Qualifications for Scrum Master:Prior experience on a scrum teamAbility to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflictKnowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrumAbility to determine what is scrum and what is notExperience with successful Agile techniquesExcellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)Ability to work with and lead a teamStrong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skillsAbility to adapt to a changing environmentSelf-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distractionScrum master certification is a plus.
