Job Description : # PROJECT MANAGERWhat you will be doingFacilitate and manage delivery of the digital projects that integrate creative and technical solutionsFacilitate timely delivery of features for inhouse productsManage internal and external creative/technical resources to design, develop the assigned digital projectsLiaise with stakeholders to understand all requirements across internal and external resourcesManage deadlines for multiple projects and prioritise for the agency requirementsMake recommendations on which resource is best suited to the work coming through the agencyEnsure all resources are aware of what they’re working on each day and the immediate time frameUpdate Management team if there are delays or issues with their work being completed on timeWork with the Department Heads to prioritise work going through the agency if there is a need to escalate decisions regarding resource utilisationAttend and chair regular WIP meetings to gather a whole view of the workload coming to the agencyWith the rest of the Project Management team, maintain and continue to develop the agency’s existing freelance databaseEnsure all administration associated with team members, whether new perm team members or freelancers is completed, including contracts, NDAs and timesheetsEnsure Senior Management approvals are obtained before booking freelance resourceWork as part of the wider Project Management team in knowledge sharing and supporting each other, covering team members on their days off etc.What are we looking for?You have experience in the delivery of digital projects (Mobile & Web Solutions)Deep understanding of product developmentDigital/Integrated project management experience is essentialSound background in web/digital application technologies, SEO/SEM, CRM and other web-related technologiesFamiliar in using online resource management toolsFamiliar with agency turn-around times and ways of working – good understanding of the dynamics of agency processes and enjoy the pace and challenges this bringsProactive and good at foreseeing problems, with the ability to mitigate issues as soon as they are identified, – and know when to escalate issuesDetail oriented and takes responsibility for getting all parts of every job doneConfident and enjoy a challengePositive, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and like being busyOrganised with good attention to detailBonus points if you also have: Experience with design toolsExperience with mobile app development and software application developmentExperience with Node JS, Python, PHP, React, FlutterExperience with Digital MarketingExperience in React NativeKnowledge of Nginx, ApacheKnowledge in AWS, GCP, Docker, Docker Swarm, K8Understanding of code versioning tools, such as (Git)Previous experience as a developer or designer is a bonusJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹529,675.00 – ₹1,239,452.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:We would be conducting the assessment and interview process online.Successful candidates need to produce negative PCR test results taken just before joining date.All staff must wear masks in office premises and follow all Covid-19 precautions.Experience:Management of digital projects: 4 years (Required)
