Aarjay is looking for a smart, dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our Admin team. The job demands a willingness to learn and stretch outside of your comfort zone.
1. Command in spoken and written English with good communication abilities. Familiar with local language of Kannada is required.
2. Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
3. Interpersonal, administration and organisation skills.
4. Ability to coordinate with company officials and visitors.
5. Handling complete front office related assignments.
6. Operating EPABX system and answering the phone calls made and redirecting them to the concerned officials and departments.
7. Effective handling of inbound and outbound courier/postal materials.
8. Recording the complaints, problem and queries and log them to the concerned agencies to attend the same.
9. Handling of stores, stationery
10. Maintaining attendance records.
