We at Extramarks are looking for Associate Trainer tasked with designing and delivering sessions for our sales team.Brief about the profile –We are looking for an organized trainer to join our organization. The trainer will be responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan with complete with materials, tutorials and learning resources Reporting to offices is mandatory and person must join from day1. Roles and responsibilities2. Auditing Calls of Executives and providing feedback on regular basis.3. Must be competent in conducting classroom trainings & Retraining.4. One who can do groundwork to understand Post sales department5. Demonstrate a strong functional knowledge of pitches and performs with consistent accuracy6. Create and discuss documents of observations in pitches with Sr. Trainer and territory head and provide solutions.7. Act as a mentor for new joiners and good assistance for existing employees due to experience and longevity in industry.8. Ability to quickly structure and execute experiments to optimize conversion at every step of Sales funnel and laying out the development plans as per the requirements.9. Provide real-time assistance to doubts raised by Agents w.r.t to different components of the trade like pricing, payment, product and calling etc.10. Understanding client needs to explain to Agents and offering solutions and support.Trainer’s Requirement -1. Candidate should be from sales training / Customer Support background2. Past experience building and scaling a team of Post sales pushing them to become better.3. Should have good exposure into developing & delivering sales training content / modules.4. Should have sound knowledge of MS office tools i.e., Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint& Word5. Good Interpersonal Skills and Communication with all levels of Management.6. Willing to work from office location –Immediate Joining.
