For one of our Client in the Insurance Segment, we are searching for a Salesforce Developer.
Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Developer you will:
Configure/build new and enhanced functionality in the Salesforce.com platform using declarative and/or programmatic solutions.Customize/build Salesforce Service Cloud applications using Custom Objects, Workflows, Validations, Lightning Components, LWC, APIs etc. while adhering to Salesforce best practicesActively participate in walk-throughs/demos and reviews with team (as needed)Follow Agile software development methodology and team architecture standards.Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout life cycle to identify issues/defects

Depending on your experience, you will also:
Develop FSC prototypes & present prototypes to clients as part of the implementation cycle;Interact directly with customers to review requirements, manage project delivery and obtain deliverable feedback.Design and implement data structure, flows, Apex classes, and Lightning components to support application build as needed.Manage source control repository and review code to ensure quality development.Release & environment management (i.e.: deployments).Mentor less experienced team members or manage a team.
Skills
Must have
3+ years of development experience with one of the following: Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/ Financial Services Cloud (FSC)/CommunitesScrum/Agile Product development exposureExperience with (at least some of): APEX, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, Process Automation, Triggers, Data Modeling and Management, API development, and External Service Integration.Declarative customization including the creation of Visual Flow Builder, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Reports and DashboardsExperience migrating Data from ‘Salesforce Developer’!to Salesforce using Dataloader and Advanced SOQLUnderstanding of Salesforce security models for OWDs, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing RulesHighly desired experience developing for Salesforce Communities, Lightning App Builder, Aura Lightning Components and hands-on experience on LWCExperience with common JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, React, etc.Understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practicesHighly skilled in building custom integrations on Salesforce platformWorking knowledge of Web services development using rest API, SOAP services, etc.Ideally you have experience with one or more CRM software product (Siebel, Oracle, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, Salesforce.com, etc.)
