We’re looking for software engineers to:
design and implement technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services
leverage the latest technologies to provide the best user experience
design, plan and deliver resilient solutions using various programming languages
provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applicationsconduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design
see that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process move from test to production

You’ll be working in the Risk Technology team in India. The Risk Technology organization, delivers quality, innovative solutions that support our Group Functions business partners in achieving their operational goals. Your expertise
bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer sciencesoftware development lead with at least 10 years of experience designing & building complex solutions and 5+ years of hands-on experience with microsoft azure cloud offeringsstrong technical background using azure app services, azure functions, kubernetes, azure storage, service bus, redis cache, azure monitor, application insights, traffic manager, key vault, azure devops, api management, arm templates, and general cloud governance and security mechanismsexperience of building software with messaging related technologies such as jms, mq, relational database (oracle or sql server) and modern data solutions via azure data factory, data lake, data bricks, postgres and cosmos dbgood understanding of agile based execution process and well versed with various build and deploy tools like git, jenkins, team cityexperience with iaas and paas capabilities on cloud platformsknowledge of principles summarized in the microsoft cloud adoption frameworkexperience with python is a plusa history of producing secure and clean code that is stable, operational, consistent and well-performingmethodology know-how on how to ensure that project deliverables meet industry best practicesstrong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)effective within the complexity, constraints and boundaries of a leading global organization, operating in a highly regulated industry, running on bespoke softwareflexible and resilient team player with strong interpersonal skills taking initiative to drive things forwardkeen to develop subject matter expertise on our core products and solutionscurious and collaborative, comfortable working independently, as well as in a teamwilling to collaborate with different stakeholders across different locationspassionate about what you do (and really excellent at it)fluent in english
