Job Description : Job Summary
As a Technical Lead you are vested in full-stack development, with broad experience and a demonstrated desire to go deep, as necessary. You will be responsible for developing scalable, robust, resilient features for our cloud management SaaS product. At a high-level, we work with React / JavaScript, C#/.NET and SQL Server all running on AWS infrastructure. Our Tech Leads are embedded in agile/scrum teams along-side Quality Engineers, Product Management, DevOps Engineers, Architects, and others. In your role, you will be a significant hands-on contributor to our software code base and foster an ever-increasing technology IQ in Engineering.
Job Requirements
Design, build and deliver high quality code that is scalable and maintainable
Provide technical leadership, mentor/coach other engineers and enable them to deliver high quality software
Lead requirement and design reviews
Collaborate closely with support, customer success, and product management to identify and solve customer challenges
Investigate customer issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose solutions in a timely manner
Continuously evaluate performance, identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization in our products
Identify and refactor areas of functional and architectural improvements on our Core product features in a cost-effective manner
Perform code reviews by providing in-depth comments and constructive feedback

Education
Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar degree required, or equivalent industry experience
12+ years of software development experience
Expertise with several of our core development tools & technologies, including C#, Git, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL Server, React.js, AngularJS, CSS, Redshift, DynamoDB, Terraform
Experience working with Cloud providers -Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform is desirable
Experience with Agile software development
Proficient in troubleshooting and problem solving
Applied knowledge of software design patterns and anti-patterns
Highly motivated, collaborative, and possessing an entrepreneurial spirit
Strong written & verbal communication skills
High attention to detail & accuracy while maintaining project timelines
Flexible and open-minded with a positive attitude
Excellent organizational & prioritization skills
