Job Description : At Wingify, we’re building SaaS (software as a service) products from India that are used by thousands of brands in more than 90 countries across the world. In our industry, we’re proudly outcompeting a number of international counterparts to clock more than USD 20mn in annual revenue, bringing in more than a hundred crore of valuable foreign exchange into India every year.

We are looking for energetic and skilled Account Manager – Existing Business for US territory to oversee our relationship with our existing clients. You will be responsible for onboarding, conducting business reviews and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers. You’ll do this by understanding their requirements of the VWO platform and uncovering needs for the future in the ever-changing world of CRO.

The ideal candidate will be capable of building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify the demands and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve a mutually beneficial cooperation. As an Account Manager for existing business, you will be responsible for contract renewals, upgrading, upselling and cross selling of your customer portfolio.

What you will do

Develop relationships, along with the Customer Success Team, with a portfolio of major clients to ensure their continuous engagement with the VWO platform
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Propose solutions that meet the client’s objectives and changing demands
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner while working with the CSM team
Expand the relationships with existing customers engaging through different forms of contact ( in-person meetings, weekly calls, etc.)
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics and conduct QBRs

What we are looking for

5-7 years experience in a B2B sales function
Knowledge of digital marketing
Experience implementing customer retention initiatives, achieving high retention rates and customer satisfaction
Must have outstanding and effective communication skills
You must have excellent negotiation techniques and you are used to dealing with decision-makers, mostly Heads of Marketing and Product Departments
Experience of working with e-commerce, travel or media companies is a plus
The ability to draft clear and concise reports and presentations and exceptional presentation skills
Experience working with Salesforce CRM
