Job Description : ACCOUNTANT REQUIRED MINIMUM 4-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE COMPANY1. Efficient and experience in project invoicing and billing to ensure adequate payment services2. Managing the preparation of monthly invoice for all billable projects, including all applicable backupRunning monthly accounting meetings with the construction/project management team to review upcoming projections/billings3. Setting up new projects in Job Cost and the necessary spreadsheets daily4. Investigating the project variances and submitting these variance reports to the management5. Creating and submitting government reports and tax returns related to the construction project6. In-depth knowledge of the most acclaimed practices in accounting7. Proficiency in managing account reconciliations, general ledgers, and journal entries8. Ability to prepare construction/project budgets, tax reports, and financial forecasts9. Proficiency in electronic accounting systems, such as TallyQualification RequirementBachelor’s degree in Accounting or in any similar field.
