Job Description : ACCOUNTANT JOB DESCRIPTION Expectation: We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.Accountant would be responsible for reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.Accountant to provide Management with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations on time to avoid penalty.Job Description:Manage all accounting transactions of all the companies & Individual.Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices and doing payment follow-ups.Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations.Day to Day billing of Parent company & Sister concern companies.Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings and report to Directors.Ensure timely bank paymentsPrepare and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports.Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.Handling GST Return Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly for Companies.IT Return for Individual & Company.Liaisoning with CAFortnightly statement of outstanding details and payment follow-ups.Bank Reconciliation and Advance TaxAll the FD entries of Individuals & Company.Online disbursement of Salary and Individual Salary Accounts & Issuing Form 16 A wherever applicable.Yearly Dividend & Interest statements of Directors and statements of Companies FD.Proper filing of all Invoice/Proforma Invoice & Miscellaneous Bills in respective files.Preparing Tax Invoice for Filter Kit & Other Materials.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Day shiftApplication Question(s):Do you have knowledge of excel?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 4 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
