This is your role. What part will you play?
Brief Description and Role of the position.
Business Administration Manager – location Kolkata
Assume the role of a Commercial Manager for the CS-PRS, DE&DS & IPM segment of the region.
Support in OI Acquisition by providing timely Documentation and ensuring intake of profitable order with favorable commercial T & C,
Timely booking of New order after due verification of Documents.
Execution of the order booked and supporting timely delivery / service to customer.
Continuous review of OOH, UBC, UBR and taking timely action.
Timely billing to Customer.
Following up with Customer for timely realization of payment.
Continuous focus on improvement of the Debtor’s not due percentage and DSO.
Critical review of the debtors report for identifying the cases of Due date shifting, Retention transfer, creation of provision against the doubtful debtors.
Transfer to TDS account and periodic review of 26 AS form for adjustment of TDS.
Issue of Bank Guarantee in line with the Contract and keeping record for the same.
Collaboration with logistic team for timely Delivery to customer.
Co-ordination with CCD for creation of Service Orders for Motor Repair Cases.
Checking ARC / ASC Agreement & follow up for creation of PO.
Creation of GRN for Bought Out Items / ARC / ASC Vendor invoices.
Updation of Repair Notification SO.
Providing CCL / MDC, Invoicing of Service NN in SAP,
AMC , Field service Call Billing.
GST Reconciliation Data to Customer.
Visit to PSU and GOVT Customer and other critical customer if required.
Ensure all the ICFR related controls are reviewed and documented on a monthly basis. Support and provide timely documentation during Audits
Effective control on hygiene topic and ensuring green parameter for Commercial Dashboard.
Regional Stock Checking quarterly.
Generation of COPA report and analysis / circulation.
Handling of IPM order in line with Project Management Guideline.
Experience as Commercial Project Manager of a complex project with CPM “C” Certification
Ensuring Customer Happiness by taking timely action.
Education & Experience Required !
Candidate must have 5 – 8 Years of proven experience with graduation in Commerce
