Job Description : We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable remote digital marketing assistant to assist our busy digital marketing strategist. You will be reporting directly to the digital marketing strategist and assisting with all related tasks.You may be required to perform administrative tasks, conduct research on various topics, use our CRM to update client info, write emails, write instructions for campaigns, create marketing literature, and foster strong relationships with our clients.This person needs to speak good English and be able to write business emails.This person will be an assistant to our digital marketing strategist. This person will make accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings and help with daily time managementThis person should have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work to strict deadlines.This person must have a reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone and speakers, reliable internet and power to perform tasks working remotely.This person must be available during 9am-1pm Monday-Fridays, California PST to assist marketing team via ZoomDigital Marketing Assistant ResponsibilitiesTake accurate and comprehensive notes at meetingsHelp with daily time managementSchedule and coordinate meetings.Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressedBuilding strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customersCollaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requestsSupporting the marketing manager and marketing team with project organization.Assisting the Sales and Marketing departments with campaigns and eventsPerforming administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desiresActing as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experienceUpdating databases, spreadsheets, and other lists.Preparing promotional presentationsHandling website launches and marketing campaign launchesWriting marketing literature for company brochures and press releases.Building strong relationships with our customers.Digital Marketing Assistant RequirementsAccount management experience is preferredCustomer service experience is preferred.Project management experience is preferredknowledge of marketing techniques and databases.Proficient Google Docs and Google SheetsKnowledge of CRM toolsAbility to multitask and meet strict deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to follow instructions and work under pressureExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to conduct in-depth researchKnowledge of email marketing software like MailChimp, HubSpot and ActiveCampaignStrong Computer SkillsWHO WE AREWe are a full-service online marketing agency offering a variety of services including Website Design, Google Pay-Per-Click, Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Explainer Video Creation, Content Creation, and SEO.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, FreelancePart-time hours: 20 per weekPay: ₹300.00 – ₹400.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayUS shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusApplication Question(s):What makes you a best fit for this position?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Digital Marketing Occupations: 3 years (Preferred)Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 15/03/2022
