Your Career as a Digital Marketing Executive
We’re looking for a passionate digital marketer to join our fun and dynamic team. As Digital Marketing Executive, your role is to create, manage and optimise our digital marketing activity and campaigns, increasing awareness of Trend Micro and driving growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing daily and weekly content, organic and paid, across multiple digital channels and supporting the Regional Marketing Team. This role is for someone who has a creative mindset, exceptional skills in copywriting, and a technical understanding of analytics and data-driven results.
How You Will Make a Difference
Working with the Marketing Communications Manager to plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimise spending and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise the user experience.
Support the team to plan, build, implement and track the performance strategy across all our brands. This will include building campaigns, creating ads, running tests, analysing data and collaborating with external agencies.
You will support the team with delivering the day-to-day activity as well as planning for other marketing campaigns.
Assist in planning and briefing creative requirements for all the performance channels and campaign activity
Our Ideal Candidate
2+ years of experience as a Digital Marketer, or similar role
Experience in planning and implementing a social media strategy
Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Influencer marketing
Sound knowledge of email marketing platforms, Marketo preferred
Strong copywriting
An understanding of web analytics and marketing
Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
Understanding of social media KPIs
Team player
Exceptional time management
Solid communication skills
Ability to manage the process from objectives and briefing to strategic and creative evaluation, production and measurement
Experience with CMS management and website user journey preferred not essential
Experience in Cyber Security, SaaS, enterprise technology, and/or cloud marketing preferred but not essential
