Job Description : The incumbent would be Primarily responsible for making Out bound Tele-Calls to all Prospective Leads from Small and Medium Scale Enterprises based out of Gulf markets at an International Scale and also source leads via tele calling to serve domestic clientele in India.Her role would be to connect Webjyor Infotech with prospective clientele at both international and domestic for a face to face interactions by the delegation team stationed abroad.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Learn & understand our service in detail for which training will be provided.Understand the target area of pitching our services.Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls, cold emails, Social Media Marketing to reach out to prospective customers.Marketing/Digital/E-commerce support for the brand building and business developmentResponsible for data entry, filing & handling daily correspondence..Communicate with different departments in the company for sales & business development.Handle general enquires from potential clients via inbound calls, emails, prepare quotation and sales sheet.Excellent knowledge of MS word / excel / outlook express.Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high potential new customers.Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.Achieve monthly & quarterly quotas.Perform effective online support for customersManage customer queries on call and email.Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.Ensure customer satisfaction with responsive account management.Skills Required:Good English Command is a must for this position. Must have experience in International Sales, prior experience in working with international product/services will be preferred.3-4 years of Tele sales experience with confident and sound personality.Should have sound knowledge of networking via social media platforms.Should be able to handle inbound as well as outbound Sales.Proven experience in managing and negotiating large, complex business development initiatives.Strong selling skills as well as demonstrated success in stabilizing and developing client relationships.This position is definitely target driven and the candidate should be able to handle the Sales and Marketing pressure along with Daily Activity Reports and Weekly Target Quota meetings.
