POSITION DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementing SAP FICO and support delivery of SAP across verticals (MM/Time management) in service organisation.
Lead Project management for new projects and enhancement requests in close collaboration with Global Digital Technology Team and local stakeholders
Support in all UAT and Regression testing activities
Set up best in class Standard operating and control procedures and provide training on Polices/SAP FICO to finance and other team as needed
Handing and supporting Master data’s like GL, Vendor, Customer, internal order, and Cost centres maintenance at Company code level
Support Corporate and Business units on internal tools/applications
Support Internal audit, SOX compliances and statutory audits for IT and system controls
Support Internal audit, as required
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to management
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS
Chartered Accountant / M.B.A Finance with 7 years+ experience
Sound and working knowledge of Accounting, Direct and Indirect Tax, FP&A.
Experience of working on SAP, preferably involved in implementation
Led and Managed cross functional Projects involving multiple stakeholders
Sound understanding of Lean and operational excellence tools
Proficient use of Excel, Power BI tools and other Microsoft systems and applications

Energetic, proactive and highly motivated with a flexible and positive attitude;
An efficient and organized communicator – oral and written
A tech-savvy, scrappy troubleshooter, ready to learn new skills and software
Good Analytical Skills, ability to work independently
