Job Description : Responsible for managing daily operations of the hospital and ensure seamless operational experience in the hospitalAnswering the calls, attending the patient queries with politeness & patience, overseeing the front office operations and maintaining the contact list of patients.Should be Confident and have good communication skills.Assists Billing HOD in assessing accuracy of the various reports and implementation of the policies and protocols.Undertakes bill preparation and audits the patient bill record before generation of final bill.Attends queries from various internal and external service departments.Attend to the customers that may have any query regarding pre and post bill generation.Ensures that the patients have minimum outstanding by follow-ups/feedback.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Overtime payYearly bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Required)Language:Hindi (Preferred)English (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXExpected Start Date: 15/03/2022
