Job Description : Expectations and Job Description· Qualification: BSW degree· Experience: 2 yrs field experience· Skills : Excellent communication skills, quick learner, fluent in local language and culture is essential.· Those who have worked in government sector with crisis counselling and looking for career change would be ideal.· Fever survey workers who have worked with corporation and municipalities during the pandemic will also be ideal.· Social workers with NGOs dealing with maternal health programs in rural communities will be a good fit also.· Ready to re-locate· Ready to travel to patients locations· Ability to show empathy, and communicate therapy’s mechanism of action in clear and simple language is essential.· Technical savvy in handling smartphone/tablet, wifi, and apps is essential.
