Job Description : Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Setup the org chart2. Create the grade structure3. Create the salary breakup benefits4. Create/review the leave policy5. Identify the mandatory & optional documents and review/create templates6. Collect and update the documents for all current employees and interns7. Make a list of old employees/interns and ensure basic data is captured (start date/exit date/designation/reporting/last CTC) so we quickly answer references8. Review and update leave records for current employees9. Create the document list and populate it for consultants10. Learn basic usage familiarity of any one HRM softwareJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, InternshipContract length: 3 monthsPart-time hours: 45 per weekSalary: ₹7,500.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExpected Start Date: 10/03/2022
