Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – • To monitor and manage the uptime of all feature of the current Bajaj Finserv App • To manage a team of product managers to align on feature pipeline and ensure timely and quality deliver of the same • To engage with different cross functional teams to constantly improve all metrics of the mobile app • To monitor and improve all metrics related to mobile app performance like ANRs Crash Rates App size Response Time etc. • To drive and deliver strong engagement numbers like DAU MAU Retention HEART framework • To identify partners for Plug & Play tools by driving RFA & RFI issuance. • Creating project work streams with clear delivery dates and driving cross functional teams to deliver basis agreed dates. • Keep oneself management and the project team updated on latest regulatory norms on the mobile app development world related to Google Apple Xiaomi etc.

Required Qualifications and Experience
* • MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 5-7years of experience in mobile app product and performance management or project management or engineering teams. • Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. • Should have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills. • Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter. • Proven track record of managing agile teams.
