Change the future with usHelp design, implement, and maintain MLOps platforms and services in the cloud (AWS preferably), developing the tools for deployment and monitoring of such servicesCreate and maintain python packages for integration of Data Science tasks with implemented MLOps servicesHelp ensure consistency on Data Science projects with environment and dependency managementWork to improve the performance and scalability of developed solutions, regarding model training and inferenceWork with large, complex data sets and applying advanced analytical methods as neededInteract with multiple stakeholders (from different levels) and effectively present findings by exploiting visual displays of complex quantity information in a simplified wayBe the partner of choice regarding technology advisory for advanced analyticsActively and proactively perform market/trend scouting to stay up to date on the state-of-the-art technologies
We don’t need superheroes, just super mindsAdvanced knowledge of python programming (e.g. pip, conda, pipenv, poetry), linux systems (bash, shell) and DockerExperience with cloud technologies: AWS SageMaker, Lambda, Step functions, ECR, IAM, CloudFormationComfortable working in programming languages like SQL, Python and R, as well as with frameworks like Tensorflow and PyTorch; experience developing solutions in distributed teams using Version Control tools like GITKnowledge in Spark (java, scala or python)Knowledge in advanced data analytics/data scienceHave five years of relevant experience with data science/optimization/statistical modelsBachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Operations Research, Bioinformatics, Economics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or related fieldUnderstand the mathematics/optimization behind machine learning algorithmsStay abreast of new technologies in artificial intelligence and digitalization and seek creative ways of applying emerging and state-of-the-art algorithmic approaches in real world business applicationsOutstanding analytical and conceptual skills and an entrepreneurial mindsetExperience on collecting business requirements and traduce it into solution designsVery good communication and presentation skills
