Key Job Responsibilities:
Responsible to tie up with various Agriculture Input manufacturers and output buyers in to the GFN platform.
Developing Area-based crop-product harvesting and procurement plan.
Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share.
Managing Operations, work planning, budgeting, and financial management processes.
Negotiate product, pricing, credit terms with various Agri input manufacturers and Output buyers (institutional Byers) and register them in GFN platform.
able to Forecast of Price of Agri Input and Output Market.
Provide Strategic Inputs for the development & growth of the business.
Driving sales strategies for attainment of periodical targets with a view to optimize revenue from primary as well as secondary sales.
Conducting and organizing sales and purchase awareness activities and campaigns as a part of brand building and market development.
Plan for product demos to customers.
Meet revenue and volume/contribution/profitability measures.
Required qualification and core competencies:
Should be a B.sc Agriculture
MBA Preferable
Experience in 4 years input and output marketing
Essential Skills and Abilities
Excellent knowledge about Agriculture business.
Team and people management skills.
Responsible for demand, fulfilment (procurement) and sale generation of Agri Input and Output.
Integration with other team members for sales and procurement.
Coordination between Grameen mitras, FPO Buyers and Suppliers.
Daily tracking and MIS circulation among his/her team.
Very good negotiation skills.
