About the role:

CaaStle is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to be responsible for email, organic and paid marketing efforts for acquisition and member engagement. This is an outstanding opportunity for a smart, passionate, and data-driven marketer.

What you’ll do:

Responsible for digital marketing campaigns and reporting including the development, creation and execution.
Lead efforts to optimize processes and create new workflows to scale.
Oversee creative ticket submissions, asset management and client approvals.
Partner with the NYC based Marketing team to create compelling and effective assets for email, orgUltianic and paid channels.
Manage and maintain client facing marketing calendars outlining the latest plans.
Prep weekly and monthly marketing reports for internal and external review.
Consolidate campaign data and format results for client facing presentations.
Support the NYC based marketing team on ad-hoc data requests and developing client facing materials.
Regularly pull benchmark data and marketing results to provide insights and recommendations to enhance performance.
Collaborate with the analytics and NYC based marketing team to optimize email and on-site performance for marketing KPIs.
Keep up with marketing, digital best practices and industry trends.

We’d love for you to have:

Four plus years’ of hands-on B2C digital marketing experience required.
BA/BS degree required.
Previous experience managing at least 1-3 team members required.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
Successful track-record with project management, developing and executing digital marketing plans, and delivering on performance targets.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage, engage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills keeping the Senior Manager informed and providing clear direction to team members and cross functional teams.
Experience executing and analyzing A/B or multivariate tests.
Highly motivated and a high level of initiative.
Inspire confidence to work independently and in support of team goals and business objectives.
Exceptional Excel, data analysis, and data manipulation skills.
