Responsibilities :

Develop and manage end-to-end marketing reporting & Analytics
Build marketing attribution reporting that effectively measures performance of each channel
Enable decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources to present it in a digestible and actionable format
Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing campaign results, measure campaign effectiveness, track conversions, and report on the health of the marketing and sales funnel
Monitor, measure, and analyze the Marketing efficiency and ROI on marketing programs
Provide technical expertise in evolving our marketing data infrastructure as well as extracting, integrating, and analyzing marketing data
Provide actionable insights and present recommendations to marketing teams
Ability to run reporting of marketing campaigns within Hubspot/SFDC
Work on any potential data discrepancies and/or reporting issues
Drive the requirements and configuration of marketing analytics technology tools

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of hands on experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics, preferably in Marketing analytics
Possess good marketing analytics domain knowledge
Strong hands on experience in BI and analytics tools like Tableau/google data studio/Power BI/Python/R
Ability to handle Data from multiple sources, create a data warehouse and build useful Dashboard and visualizations
Experience in creating marketing attribution reporting
Ability to create reports in SFDC and Hubspot will be a plus
Having a strong analytical, data driven approach
Ability to identify emerging trends from market and industry data
Strong communication skills- both written and verbal- to speak, present, and collaborate with members of marketing and cross functional teams as well as senior and executive leaders
Strong intellectual curiosity to develop and adopt new standard methodologies and build a continuous improvement culture
