Job Description : We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic, multi-award-winning, and fast-growing team at CreditEnable. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Growth Hacker and help us with planning and implementing innovative Paid Advertising campaigns on Facebook to grow the user base, traffic, and engagement for CreditEnable and our clients.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing specialist will be supporting teams and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.Key Responsibilities: Developing a growth marketing capability and engine that helps drive customer acquisition & retention via FacebookLead and own all aspects of performance marketing with a relentless outlook towards growth on FacebookPlan and optimize lead generation strategy on FacebookEstablish and track performance marketing KPIsAnalyze funnel data and understand user behavior on platform to optimize Facebook campaignsProactively monitor the customer conversion funnel and work closely with relevant cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvementsManage performance marketing budget with a strict view on overall CAC and retention metricsConduct customer research and leverage findings to improve targeting, campaign design and decision makingKey Requirements:3-5 years of relevant experience working in a fast-growing B2C e-commerce company or a B2C fintech companyExperience scaling an online business past its initial startup phase (1-10 phase) with a strict view on cost of acquisitionAbility to think strategically – but also comfortable to hustle hard and get things doneExceptional analytical skills, with an ability to quickly translate data-driven insights into actionsHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateSignificant experience building, growing and developing Facebook campaigns to deliver high quality and impactful resultsBenefits & Perks: Highly competitive salary & commensurate to experienceMedical Insurance for self & familyGroup Life & Personal Accident InsuranceAbout CreditEnable: CreditEnable www.creditenable.com is a multi-award-winning credit insight and technology company that applies proprietary data analytics and AI to build solutions to the world’s biggest financial challenges.
