We are a super charged team of 60+ professionals who are passionate about early education and focused at building a strong foundation for young kids with the help of our teaching programs. We strive to take the kids away from the rote learning method of education to meaningful learning, the type of learning that stays with the student for life.# The RoleWe are looking for creative and experienced teachers to join the Learn2Read team. A teacher who comes with exceptional command over Hindi and can engage the kids in a fun and interactive manner. Some of the responsibilities include: -Getting in depth understanding of the teaching modules provided by Learn2ReadComplete the required learning program in the designated timeframe with the ideal result and outcomeEngaging students with creative and fun methods of teaching using a variety of teaching aids in each sessionCollaborating with the Learn2Read team on regular basisProviding the feedback of the kids on regular basis to Learn2Read and maintain the record of the same# RequirementsMust be a GraduateB.A. / M.A. / B.Ed (preferably).Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in kindergarten and pre primary level or kids between 3-6 yearsGood Command over English and an excellent command on HindiSkill to deal with young kids with patience and empathyPassion for teaching and belief in building a strong foundation for kids at an early ageMust possess basic computer skills and must be comfortable to use a laptop.Must have a Good condition updated Laptop, High speed internet connection with minimum 100Mbps speed, A workstation with proper lighting and backgroundJob Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 18 per weekSalary: ₹200.00 – ₹300.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleWork from homeSchedule:Flexible shiftApplication Question(s):Are you fluent in English?Please state down the languages knownExperience:Hindi Teaching: 1 year (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
