Job Description : Responsible for ETL Process Management, ETL tools , Data modelling, ETL Testing
Knowledge of ETL concepts, tools and data structures
Ability to perform complex data analysis and troubleshooting
Experience in Developing and implementing ETL processes
Developing and maintaining integration tools and utilities
Testing databases and troubleshooting issues
Providing maintenance support
Performing root cause analysis and providing recommendations for resolution
Collaborating with developers to provide advice and support
Responsible for Data conversion (changing / transforming the data based on business rules)
Responsible for creating reports and visualizations from various sources
Responsible for creating complex queries
Responsible to write queries
Read structured data streams.
Strong conceptual skills
Strong multitasking skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills
Skillset:
Good knowledge on Datawarehouse concepts
2 to 3 years of Informatica or any ETL tool experience
2 to 3 years of Experience in SAP BOXI reporting tool (Report Creation & Scheduling)
Good knowledge of BO universe design
Have Strong knowledge SQL
Other Optional skills: Strong knowledge on Data base concepts and ability to slice data into tables consumable by various visualizations.
Executes on provided design
May provide technical support to operations or other development teams
Creates and maintains all required technical documentation / manual related to assigned components to ensure supportability.
Makes suggestions for problem solutions or software enhancements, which will typically be reviewed by a more senior developer.
Implements solutions as directed within standards
Participates in project planning sessions with team members to analyze development requirements, provide design options, and provide work breakdown and estimates of work.
Typically works on one project at a time and as a member of the project team(s) or as part of a specialist cross-project team on multiple developments.
Works on smaller, minimally complex projects or a particular system or application within larger projects that requires a singular area of expertise
Provides status updates for own scope of work within projects.
Participates in internal team and status meetings.
Develops software using disciplined software development processes, adhering to team/company standards and software best practice guidelines, and corporate policies.
