Project Role Description :Work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments.

Job Requirements :

Key Responsibilities : 1, Sound knowledge in Windows server operating system and Troubleshooting the issue 2, Installation and configuration and up-gradation of ESXi servers along with VCenter servers 3, In depth troubleshooting skills in VCenter, ESXi hosts, Networking and Storage 4, Hands on experience in Windows roles and features like Hyper-V, Clustering, Patching, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP 5, Experience of assessment of existing Infra application for AWS Migration, Wave Bundle design
Technical Experience : 1- Primary focal point for client for any topic related to Window/Citrix Administration 2- Manage daily Operations review meetings and provide data metrics to client/Management 3- Work on incident, change and request management as per ITIL standards 4- Drive the action items derived from the meetings towards closure 5- Responsible for planning and coordinating Major Activities, Service Introductions and Transition Technical Experience: a- Knowledge on VMware WINDOWS/MB Systems and architecture b
Professional Attributes : 1, 0 to 1 year of experience 2, Good communication skill 3, Good team player with good interpersonal skill 4, Take part in 24×7 Shift Rotations including Morning, Evening and Night Shifts 5, Take part in weekend /holiday on call support Be flexible to learn new technology /skill
