You are responsible for

Support the translation of data needs into technical system requirements
Perform data analysis to capture data requirements clearly, completely, and correctly to represent them in a formal and visual way through data models
Performance optimization and working on enhancing of the existing scripts/ database programs.
Manage the permissions, security and recovery aspects of a database
Support in building stored procedures for data extraction as required by the team.
Support in building complex queries required by the teams.
Stay up-to-date with advances in data persistence and big data technologies and run pilots to design the data architecture to scale with the increased data sets of consumer experience
You are a part of
Data Management & Interoperability Solutions (DMIS) business category in Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics (EDI). The strategic focus of DMIS is to help customers generate more value from their data through our existing portfolio, including the award-winning PerformanceBridge software and interoperability offerings like our IntelliBridge Enterprise (IBE) and Health Information Exchange solutions.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

8+ years’ experience as a Database developer
In-depth understanding and experience of database design, modeling, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance
Hands -on experience in writing stored procedures and complex queries in SQL/PL SQL
Hands -on experience in writing SQL, T-SQL/PL-SQL queries
Relevant experience in working with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL, MS SQL and non-relational databases such as MongoDB
Familiar with cloud operations
Knowledge of any ETL tool is a must
Experience with SSRS and SSIS is a Plus
Experience in performing data conversion and Server Migrations
Familiar with High Availability DB configurations and solutions.
Knowledge in scripting like PowerShell, python is plus.
Experience working with Big Data and Large Datasets.
Familiar with Data pipelines and optimization techniques
Experience in Healthcare domain is an added advantage
Knowledge on Apache Spark and Kafka is a plus
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Database certifications like OCP or MCP is preferred
