Job Description
Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities: Looking for ServiceNow Sr.Admin responsible for identifying and fixing ServiceNow Incidents and also work on Development requirements under guidance, including implementation of solutions advised and administering all aspects of the new ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with experience planning, implementing and administering all aspects of ServiceNow in an enterprise-class environment. They can deliver excellent results with minimal supervision. They will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have strong attention to detail and possess superior maturity, professionalism and judgment. Primary Responsibilities: You will work closely with customers, and team members to understand Issues/business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions/Fixes that are aligned with business and IT strategies. Developing workflow customizations and implementing advised Solutions and fixes. The Sr.Admin should also assume other roles as needed i.e. Business Analyst, Admin/Developer, and tester as required. Other Responsibilities: o Responsible for fixing day to day Incidents, coding, testing, maintaining, and supporting changes in the application. o Provide support for new Solution rollout. o Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to implement solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests o Experience in implementing inbound and outbound API integrations, catalog items, data loads, and workflows within ServiceNow o Ability to compare and update JavaScript code. o Ensure you use appropriate tools and adhere to processes that are in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible o Ensure tool configuration consistency across development, QA, and production environments o Participate in ongoing production support and end-user support. Qualifications: o Bachelorýffs degree with 4+ years of professional information technology experience with systems analysis and application development experience, including administration, implementation, integration, and configuration in ServiceNow o 2-3 years of experience of ServiceNow with the ServiceNow platform in an Admin/Developer Capacity administering an enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment, including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI configuration, Catalog items, reports, and updates o Exposure to development in ServiceNow, leveraging scripted workflows, business rules, client-side/server-side scripting, ACLs, and custom reporting, custom CMS/ Employee Self Service portals o Exposure to ITOM and Discovery modules. o Exposure to HR Module in ServiceNow. o L2 level knowledge and hands-on experience of ServiceNow Application o Comfortable deploying ServiceNow in a multi-datacenter environment o Aptitude to troubleshoot L2/L3 problems as they relate to ServiceNow Application o Well versed with documenting process and procedures implemented into ServiceNow o Beginner Level skill with JavaScript required for process development and automation; experience with XML o Search, populate and customize the knowledge base Desired Skills: o ServiceNow Certified Admin o ServiceNow Certified Developer (Optional) o ITIL Certifications
